Refund policy
At By A Thread, we want you to love what you purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer store credit so you can find something you truly love.
We currently offer store credit only and do not issue refunds or cancellations. Please note that store credit cannot be combined with discount codes.
To ensure your return is eligible, items must be returned in their original condition and meet the following criteria:
- All tags still attached
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Unstained
- Free of perfume or scent
We are unable to accept returns on items that:
- Show any signs of wear or have been washed
- Are accessories or shoes
- Are intimate items (bralettes or bodysuits)
- Are marked as final sale
Returns or exchanges must be completed within 14 days of the original purchase date, including shipped online orders.
Please note: returns that do not meet these guidelines will be sent back to the original sender. We recommend trying on items carefully to ensure they remain eligible for return. These conditions do not apply to faulty items.
If you’ve changed your mind, we’re happy to issue store credit for eligible returns. In the case of faulty items, we will gladly offer a refund or replacement.
All items in the SALE / LAST CALL category and MYSTERY BAGS are final sale.
